ENEX i-LOCK Series H-BiL is the heavy industry Barrier Mechanical Trapped Key Safety Interlock product range and is suitable for loading bay and off-loading bay entry and exit barriers.

The H-BiL allows for 1 to 5 modular units fitted back to back to cover an array of operational procedures. For a dual key system, the basic principle of this safety equipment is when the first key is trapped the front lock portion the bolt is extended and is locking the host equipment in the lock position, there is also no key in the second lock portion. To unlock the host equipment, insert the ‘free’ key in the rear lock portion and rotate key 90°, this will initiate the internal locking mechanism to release the front key which can be removed by rotating the key 90°.

The host equipment can now be operated. Each ‘Patented’ lock portion and rotary key is uniquely coded to allow a truly safe operating sequence procedure. Keys and Lock Portions can also be code so that any number of Keys and Lock portions have identical codes.

H-BiL product range can be supplied with on/off switches and proximity limit sensors to confirm :
